This flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a large sofa and coffee table, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
The students share:

- a fully equipped kitchen: a combi oven, an electric hob, a fridge/freezer, a table and chairs
- a washing machine
- an iron
- a clotheshorse on a stand
- WIFI connection (free and unlimited)
