We manage the accommodation offered to our ERASMUS+ teachers/tutors in order to guarantee them a high standard of quality
The accommodation offered by ALFMED is an integral part of our ERASMUS offer in order to provide an experience which combines security / European mix and a real opportunity to integrate into the social life of Perpignan
Our selection criteria :
- Location within 15 minutes walk of ALFMED
- Location near public transport: train station, international bus station, bus station (1 eur) of the department, Perpignan-Métropole bus hub at Place de Catalogne
- Location close to food shops
- All our studios, flats and houses are fully equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, sheets/pillows/towels, individual or shared bathrooms
- All our accommodation has access to a Laundromat
- We provide regular cleaning of the common areas
- Single/twin/triple rooms have a pair of keys for each occupant
- The ERASMUS occupants of our accommodation agree to respect the Rules of Community Life
