A 3–4 day staff mobility and professional development programme combining peer learning, professional development, intercultural exchange and a strong focus on Erasmus+ mobility management.
For whom? Staff – Teachers – Erasmus officers From all over Europe
The mobility will provide participants with both practical tools and strategic perspectives to improve their own professional practice while strengthening their capacity to design, implement and manage high-quality Erasmus+ mobility activities within their organisations.
Key outcome: participants return not only with new teaching and soft skills, but also with concrete knowledge and tools to make Erasmus+ mobility more structured, inclusive, impactful and sustainable.
* Erasmus+ mobility management – practical insights into planning, organising and managing staff and learner mobilities, including preparation, participant support, communication, documentation, quality assurance, risk management and follow-up.
* From mobility to impact – exploring how to prepare participants before mobility, support them during their experience, and ensure meaningful dissemination, evaluation and transfer of learning afterwards.
* Linguistic workshops – developing language skills and intercultural communication strategies for successful international cooperation.
* Soft-skills development – strengthening communication, teamwork, adaptability, leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Understanding the French educational context – discovering the French education system, with particular attention to inclusion, diversity and equal opportunities.
* Cultural and gastronomic experiences – using local culture as a tool for intercultural learning, networking and informal professional exchange.
- We recommend to travel through Barcelona Airport (very close to Perpignan )

- Accommodation in a high standard APPART’hotel self-catering studio in the historic city centre (single studios)

- The program is based on 2 days travel + 3 days activities
- Obligatory questionnaire online Staff Training to be filled in

- 8 workshops to engage yourself through EU peer learning
- Choose your language session : French or English or Spanish ?
- 2 cultural outing / week: guided visit of Perpignan + Collioure fisherman village on the seaside
- 3 Gastronomic French lunches : Michelin starr | fusion France Asia | Mediterranean cuisine
- 1 apero-feedback at ALFMED (combined with an ER+ social event with our ERASMUS community and French VET teachers)
- Single studio & Breakfast
