Rules for VET Erasmus Programs
ALFMED is conducting a large process of Corporate Social Responsibility (RSE in French) to optimize energy & water consumption, to minimize resource waste whilst keeping a high level of service to our students – schools – partners – host companies.
# Our students have access to our private professional Laundry Napoléon that complies with sustainable devlopment
# All of our Erasmus residences are equipped with LED lights
# Our students can use public transport for every work placement (if not by foot)
# We give a bonus ‘French classes’ for students travelling only by international shuttle buses
PAPERWORK management is a strong topic with Erasmus+ mobility but we believe that some mistakes and waste can be avoided if we all manage and share best practices.
Our objective is to find a right balance between what needs to be provided and how it has to be managed. Please find below the way we manage | since January 2023 | all documents related to mobility procedure.
- IDP : Individual Development Plan, every student must have his or her own copy >>> please ask the school to print that directly and ask the students/tutor to bring it. We do not print these anymore.
- Mid – Evaluation : This evaluation must be done EVENTUALLY A FEW times during the mobility. Therefore 1-3 copies per student would be needed (smaller copies can also be printed so that more are on one sheet and less paper is wasted) >>> please ask the school to print that directly and ask the students/tutor to bring it. We do not print these anymore
- Attendance Register : every student must have his or her own copy >>> please ask the school to print that directly and ask the students to bring it. We do not print these anymore.
- Tutor’s Evaluation / evaluation grid of soft skills and professional competences : every student must have his / her own copy >>> this is ok we are used to translate these documents in a bi-version English / French so it can be efficiently used and filled in by our Host company Tutors. 1 copy/pers student only
- ALFMED Internship certificate : we provide it to the Host company so to certify the work placement
- ALFMED Internship Presence sheet + Internship agreement [French administration] : we provide it to the student/host company so to provide liability coverage of the work placement
- LA Learning agreements : need to be provided with ALL INFO upon arrival of the students / we can print them 1 copy per student. They are all signed upon the initial interview with the Tutor Host company when we accompany the student.
- Europass Mobility : ideally this is done online depending on the sending organization country. If we need to have it signed by Host company : please ask the Tutor/student to bring it over. We do not print these (in color) anymore.
- ALFMED language level certificate : if students follow a French language course with us, we do provide such certificate including CECRL level
- ALFMED Attendance certificate : we provide this upon request to students and Staff to certify attendance to a specific program
