After more than 20 years of experience, ALFMED core expertise is fully adapted to the specific needs of each client. As a recognised training and mobility provider, we are an Erasmus+ partner organization, accredited under the Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), co-funded by the European Commission and the Italian Ministry of Education for DM88 programmes and certified Qualiopi for professional training projects in France.

 LEARNERS MOBILITY – Internships in real companies.
At Alfmed, we design high-quality Erasmus+ mobility experiences by arranging tailored internships within carefully selected host companies.

Working closely with each sending organisation, we define the learning objectives and expected outcomes of every mobility project. Prior to arrival, our team reviews participants’ profiles, conducts individual online interviews, and matches each learner with a company that best fits their academic background, professional aspirations, language level, and skills.

We offer internship placements across a wide range of professional sectors, including tourism, hospitality and catering, wine & spirits, beauty and aesthetics, industrial engineering and maintenance, construction, metalwork and welding, real estate, and many more, ensuring each participant benefits from a meaningful and relevant professional experience.

From arrival to departure, we provide continuous support, ensuring a smooth mobility experience while managing all administrative and Erasmus+ project documentation in line with programme requirements.

STAFF MOBILITY Job Shadowing & Staff Training
At Alfmed, we work closely with educational institutions, training centres and organisations to develop staff mobility programmes aligned with the objectives of each Erasmus+ project.

Our programmes are designed to enhance participants’ professional skills through

Job Shadowing, Staff Training and technical exchanges with experts from local companies and public institutions. These activities are tailored for teachers, trainers, school staff, adult education professionals and company employees seeking to exchange best practices and gain new professional perspectives. We also organise Preparatory Visits, helping project coordinators establish strong partnerships and ensure the successful implementation of future mobility projects.

STUDY VISITS If you are looking for a reliable partner in France to host your group, Alfmed would be delighted to welcome you to Perpignan.

We organise 1- or 2-week Study Visit programmes tailored to your participants’ field of study and learning objectives. These programmes include visits to companies, educational institutions and relevant organisations across a wide range of professional sectors, offering participants valuable insights into French vocational education, industry practices and the local economic environment.

LANGUAGE COURSES – We offer high-quality language courses in 9 languages: French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, Catalan, Russian and Chinese, with programmes available from beginner to advanced levels.

Our learner-centred approach ensures that every course is adapted to the participants’ language level, objectives and specific needs, providing an effective and engaging learning experience. All courses are delivered by a team of qualified native-speaking teachers who combine proven teaching methodologies with practical communication skills, helping participants gain confidence in an international environment.

Whatever the mobility programme,

We provide comprehensive support, including administrative assistance, accommodation arrangements, and transfer services, all tailored to individual needs and expectations.

We include language workshops focused on European Citizenship or directly related to the objectives of the mobility programme, as well as a guided tour of Perpignan. Depending on participants’ needs and interests, visits to other emblematic sites and cultural landmarks across the region can also be arranged.
